Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m., Eastern Time, December 22, 2005 and ends at 11:59 p.m., Eastern Time, January 14, 2006. The Sweepstakes is open to all legal US residents, who are age 18 or over, and are involved in the Home Building & Remodeling businesses. This promotion is not open to the general public.

Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of Association of Home Appliance Manu factors (AHAM) their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entities directly associated with this sweepstakes, are also not eligible to participate.

There are 2 Ways to Enter: (1). Fully complete the entry form at the 2006 International Builder Show, Orlando Florida, January 11-14, 2006.

(2). Visit www.centralvacuumsystems.org and fully complete and submit the official online entry form.

All entries must be received by the promotion end-date of January 14,2006. Incomplete entries, or those containing incorrect information will be voided. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for mail that is lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, stolen, damage, or misdirected. Postage due mail entries will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification of all such entries as well as the entrant. No photocopies, facsimiles or other mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Altered, defaced, mutilated, illegible or incomplete entries are ineligible. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes Administrator. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Internet: If for any reason this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of this termination date. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON (S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.All entries must be mailed by the promotion end-date of September 30, 2005. Prizes:(1) GRAND PRIZE of a Video iPOD with a Average Retail Value of $299.

Prize Conditions: Each prizewinner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, to be returned within 14 days of written notification, or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. All taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner’s entry and acceptance of the prize offered constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for the Sponsor to use said winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state), in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation.

Terms & Conditions: This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes Administrator, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the sweepstakes or these Official Rules. Winners and entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, vendors associated with the sweepstakes, and the respective officers and employees of these entries, from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in any part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize offered, or participation in this sweepstakes. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the sweepstakes mechanics and/or implementation will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited.

Drawing and Notification: Winners will be selected, from among all eligible entries received, ina random drawing on or about January 29, 2006 by The American Sweepstakes & Promotion Co., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by telephone and/or mail, or other home delivery service.
